Delivery Times

The delivery time for orders within Germany is 2-3 business days. For international shipping, please expect 7-14 business days. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Costs for International Orders

For international orders, the following shipping costs apply:

• Orders up to 1 kg: €1.95

• Orders from 1 kg to 1.5 kg: €25.95

• Orders over 1.5 kg: €35.95

Please note that shipping costs may vary slightly depending on the country. Items weighing 0.5 kg or more cannot be shipped to the USA, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

Tracking Information

Tracking is available for orders starting from 0.5 kg, for both domestic and international shipments. This is provided by our partner Hermes.
